Day two in Paris! After a tedious metro journey ( the line we were taking closed mid way there, so we had to transfer four extra times to get to where we were going) we arrives at the entrance to the Catacombs. Then we followed the queue around and around and around and around until we found the end. We ended up waiting for TWO hours to get in. 20 meters under the ground it holds home to over 300 km of underground tunnels and the bones from million people! Elain...

Here's what we did today: 1. Went to Jim Morrisons Grave, didn't see his ghost . Elaine bought a pin! I bought postcards! 2. Ate a Strawberry tart at the laundry-mart. It was delicious! And our laundry smelled good! 3. Missed our subway stop and had to go back! 4. Went to a salad place for lunch in Montmartre 5. Took a nap on the grass infront of the Sacre Couer 6. Went to Notre Damme, but didn't go inside because we will tomorrow! And we didn't wanna miss ...

The sun is shining in Paris!!! Yahooo! In a much better mood now I've gotten some sunshine! Found our little studio easily that we booked on a new website I found: www.airbnb.com . It's the cutest little place right in the middle of Paris! Today we drove to a town in former East Germany called ********. Here we went to Schweriner Castle and had a look at the museum inside and the gardens around it! We also did a little shopping at the only shopping mall nearby before heading back to Liz's where all 3 of us had a nap! Traveling with a little one can be exhausting at times! ( Baby C is 3 months old)!
