On Sunday me, Lauren from my trek, Jason and Glen the Aussies from my trek in the US left on our trip up the coast... We stopped a night in Geraldton on the way and then spent 3 nights in the beautiful Coral Bay, it was gorgeous with beautiful clear waters and reef just off the shore. We took a glass bottomed boat out to some further spots out on the reef and did some snorkeling which was great, saw loads of fish but it wasn't quite as good as the Barrier reef. The next night we stopped at Monkey Mia and got up close and personal with some dolphins! They swim right into the shore for feeding and swim around your legs, it was so cool! They are so graceful and intelligent. We also stopped of in Kalbarri and explored the river gorges doing some walks around the area. An excellent time all round just wish I had more time!
