Back to today. Earlier we had a trip to Doubtful Sound and tomorrow go to Milford Sound. These are two of the four major fjords of the SW coast. It was a 7am start by bus to Manapouri then a 40km boat trip across Lake Manapouri, then a 20km coach ride and then 30km down the Sound to the sea. The views were spectacular. This is taken across the first Lake.
