We had a day of travel today - first we caught the train out to see the Louisiana Museum, in a suburb of Copenhagen. (actually, half of the group caught the first train, and had to wait for 20 minutes for the rest to come on the next train). We got to see probably the most complete collection of photographs by Richard Avedon that may have been assembled from various collections. The photographer who inspired and assisted with the movie 'Funny Face' starring Audrey Hepburn and Fred Astaire. There was also a collection of architectural sculptures in the surrounding gardens, as well as other, more permanent modern art collections.

We then caught the train, and a bus to another suburb to see an addition to another art museum, designed by architect Zaha Hadid.
