Finally an update. I have been busy in Hong Kong! Feels like I haven't stopped.

As I write this post I am on the plane to Vietnam. Almost missed our flight and had to run through the airport! I'd say Hong Kong airport is the worst airport I've been too. So ridiculous. We got there early too! Pshh never mind we made the flight which is the important thing.

So last time I wrote I was about to board the ferry to Macau. I loved Macau! The Portuguese influence was so interesting. The streets reminded me of Europe and there was a mix of Chinese and Portuguese people. My main mission was to find Portuguese chicken and it was a success!! I found a lovely Portuguese restaurant and had a 3 course meal! Carrot soup with fresh bread, Portuguese chicken with chips and salad and then a egg tart thing which was weird and an apple juice. I was in food heaven. The rest of the time I spent wandering around the giant casino, The Venetian, and navigating through the streets with some guys I met on the bus. They were really nice. All in all I loved Macau.

The rest of my time was spent in Hong Kong and I visited the park and the free zoo - very cool. I also ventured around the central part of the island.

Saturday night we went out and I had the worst hangover in the world on Sunday. It was a very good night but I will not be drinking again.

I woke up at 2:30 pm on Sunday! The highlight of the day was going up to Victoria peak and sitting staring at the beautiful skyline with the stars above :) . Italian for dinner was also incredible <3

I really enjoyed Hong Kong and have made some more lovely friends.

My next 2 weeks will be spent in Vietnam so bring on the adventure!!
