Just a quick update. Yesterday I went paddle boarding which was really cool! I held a starfish and saw (glimpsed) a seahorse. The paddle boarding was easier than I thought but at one point I felt like I was exercising my arms and decided to sit down and just float around. The water was beautiful and clear and afterwards we took photos jumping of the peer. In the evening we went to a BBQ and had chicken, fish, pork (not for me), lobster, rice, veg and potatoes!!...

Yesterday was the most incredible day! "Today best day ever" as Oh would say hahaha Woke up early and went for breakfast and then headed down to the docks to get fitted with my snorkel, goggles and flippers. We had a full day of snorkelling planned. We went on a sailboat called the Raggaqueen by a company called Raggamuffin. Such wicked people. Finally made it to Caye Caulker -a little island just out from Belize City. Such a long journey but it wasn't too bad considering. 4 hours on a private bus and then 4 hours on a chicken bus (check my photos) and then an hour on a water taxi. Caye Caulker is BLISS!
