I have a feeling that once school starts and things calm down a little, the blog entries will be less and less. Yesterday we all slept in...it was fabulous. At around 3:30ish, Becky, Danelle, Melanie and myself went to the local Omni shopping center to pick up some things that we needed. One including a cell phone. It's been hard contacting one another without them, and we are all relieved to have them now.

The entire cell phone system confuses the heck out of me, but I got a brand new pink nokia phone. It's so weird...in the states we're all into flip phones where as here, they like the big screens so I have a phone that's, basically, a higher end version of my old phone before my razor. Oh well, it works!

Becky and I stopped at Aldi's on our way home to pick up some more food, and then headed back. I got some flowers because they were so pretty and only 1.99 euro (so 3 american dollars).

We got back around 7ish, and sat around for a bit. Melanie, Danelle, Nick, and some others went downtown again. Becky and I decided to stay back. I enjoyed some alone time at the apartment. Then Becky came over and we attempted to start planning our trips. Becky, Danelle, Melanie, and myself all have classes Monday - Wednesday, so we're planning trips for Wednesday night through Sunday mornings. I'm super excited and after checking the fares, it's not all too bad to take a bus or a train! :)

I ended up staying up till around 2am watching the TV show Weeds on my computer and talking to people back home. It seems the later it gets here, the better the time back in the states to talk.

Tonight we're going to go downtown to watch the Super Bowl...it starts at 11pm here, so I'm probably only going to watch the first half, then catch a cab back because I have class at 11am tomorrow. I'm super excited for classes to start and I'm sure I'll write all about it once I get home!
