All good things must come to an end, and once again it was time to pack up and go home. After a final big, Park Lodge special breakfast we loaded up the car and were on our way. This morning we had planned to go to church for the Kirkin' o' the Tartan but somehow time ran away with us so we abandoned that idea and concentrated on getting ourselves up and ready in time for lunch! Yesterday was hot and sunny, but when the alarm rang and we opened our eyes at 4 am this morning the rain was coming down in sheets. What a lovely start to our journey!
