First stop yesterday was Coney Island and Brighton Beach which is about an hour out on Long Island on the subway. Hi everyone... First stop yesterday was the Rockefeller Centre. Its a massive building thats a combination of retail, restaurants and offices but the main attraction is the Top of the Rock observation deck. They take you up in an elevator to the top of the building and you can see all of the city. Well yesterday started with the trip to the airport. I discovered that I had got the time of my flight wrong ( it was 45 mins earlier) but I still got there in plenty of time. The USA do their customs and immigration stuff before you arrive in the country, so I did all that in Toronto, which confused me alot! The flight was only about an hour so it went really fast. We were delayed by 30 mins though and then we had to circle before we landed as they had shut off ...

So on the 5th I took a walk a round the University of Ottawa, where I was going to study. It looked like a really cool uni! Then I took the train back to Toronto and then the train to Newmarket.
