hey guys!

Well tour started today...we started an hour late coz all the buses got stuck behind a train that broke down. On the tour, there are lots of Brits, 3 Irish and then me... haha the only one not from Europe. Our tour guide, Melissa is awesome!

We started the morning by taking the ferry to Vancouver Island. You actually drive the boat onto the ferry which is quite weird! After gettting off in Nanaimo and a quick grocery stop we were on our way to Tofino.

Along the way we stopped at little Englishman Falls for lunch, cool place :)

Tofino was awesome! Its a little sea side town but very touristy! So beautiful, the hostel is on the side of the river.

The next day we had a free day so three of us went whale watching. It was incredible. We went out a boat that had a little cabin inside. We went up the coast on the Pacific, it was really choppy and bumpy but fun! Just inside of Cow Bay we saw 2 whales feeding! We saw lots of breaths and 2 tail flips which was cool. After that we went to the Hot Springs. They are natural pools of incredibly hot water just like a sauna! Very very relaxing! On the way back we took a pretty route between all the islands in the lovely afternoon sun :)

For our last night here we just watched the sunset and went to bed.

So Tofino was awesome! More news later :D
