After getting lost lots (we decided Adam was rubbish at directions and therefore he would drive and I would direct) we set off early on the sat to Byron Bay. We stopped of at Palm Beach on the way which is where Home and Away is filmed and then drove up to Port Nelson. We unfortunately missed the sunset here but grabbed some fish and chips and then headed up to Port Macquarie where we slept the night. It was really fun just jumping in back to go to sleep. Woke up in the morning and saw a man was sleeping on the floor outside our van which was quite strange but hey ho. Started off early and drove while the sun was rising which was beautiful and arrived in Byron quite early. We set up home in a camp site and then headed to the strip.
