Siesta in Siena
Slept in late and visited the Duomo, Museum dell'Opera, Baptistry, Cript and Oratorio d'San Bernardino. Pretty artwork and neat to walk all over town to get to each thing. My favorite part was the Piccolominea Library inside the Duomo that had a whole wroom of ancient chant books. I could read the music and hum a few if the chants! There were beautiful illustrations on each page of music. Very cool. Had some great views of Siena and had a panini late lunch. Took a siesta in Siena-haha and am getting ready for leaving for Rome in the morning. I liked my visit to Siena, but I'm not in love with the city here. Maybe it would be more exciting during their famous horse races or festivals. Nice enough...but I'm happy to go on to ROME!
Tomorrow Plans: ROME! Stay in a hostel and see EVERYTHING I possibly can!

Tovah Oh, it is really cool when they have the horse races there but also super crowded. You are so brave to travel all over by yourself! I'm glad you are having so much fun. And that leather coat you bought is gorgeous! Continue having fun, Rome is cool:) -Thanks Tovah! I am having a blast and love my new schnazzy coat!
