Melbourne Cricket Ground!

Australia vs South Africa! Ooops South Africa won! (Good job as we put a cheeky bet on it!)

This morning we went and bought tickets for the cricket and at 2.15pm it started! Was awesome! Stadium was amazing and I've never seen such lovely grass! The atmosphere was buzzing, filled with mexican waves, chanting and beer flying everywhere! It was a test match so need the end of the overs, they really go for it! Learnt a lot about cricket! Sat there all day with beer flowing and eventually ended up with sun burnt faces! Pete went sneaked off and bought me a badge so I can remeber the day forever. Was an aboslutely gorgeous day, loved every minute of it!

Had to leave before it finished unfortunately as I had a job trial in Avenue Bar at 10pm. The bar is down a side streetin a basement. Was nice serving drinks in proper glasses instead of plastic cups, but of course its no Gilligans!Trial went fine and I slipped back into bartender role easily. They've offered me the job, but its low paid so not sure if i'll take it, got a trial tomorrow night at another bar, so I'm going to compare the two and decide.

Also while I was at the cricket had a missed call from Claire at Juice Boost, think she wants an interview for a graphic design job! So excited, but got to wait until monday now! aarrgh!
