Day 18 - another travel day and another couple of stamps in the passport. Left El Salvadore and entered into Honduras via Guatemala. Only one stop in Honduras for two nights and then onto Guatemala.
Arrived in Copan mid afternoon and again just explored the town in the arvo. Cute little town all based around the Copan ruins. Very hilly and again all cable stone roads. It's up in the hills so it was humid and a little rainy.
Being that our trip was coming to an end in 2 days time we thought it was time to have some final big nights. The plan was to head out for a traditional Honduras meal - baleadas which are a bit similar to the pupusia's but with a tortilla bread instead and bigger. Again delicious!! Then we moved onto a roof top bar and proceeded to drink a lot. We played flip cup and beer pong so that didn't slow the drinking down at all and then to top it off another G Adventures group was there as well so it was a big night drinking but a really fun night and it only ended because the cops shut it down at about 1am which was pretty funny in itself.
