Hello Family and Friends!
You'll all be very pleased to know that John and I survived our skydiving experience in Wilderswil yesterday!

I am describing it as THE MOST spectacular experience I have ever had in my life! The only two parts that were a bit 'ify' were when John disappeared out of the helicopter - VERY unsettling - and when my tandem buddy, Tony, told me to step out onto the skid of the helicopter......... I just stood there, looked straight down 14 000 ft and thought 'OMG!!! WTF are you doing?!!!!' Then, straight after that thought, Tony nudged me off the skid!!!!!!!!! But after that, the rest of the experience was pure exhilaration!!!

I can highly recommend it to all of you, with the thought that if I can do it, you can too!!!

Today we travelled from Interlaken to Bern, Bern to Zurich and Zurich to Salzburg. Magnificent scenery!

I am writing this blog entry from our beautiful hotel room in Salzburg, having returned from our first wiener schnitzel dinner. I say first, because it was so damn good, we'll probably have another in the next couple of days.

Tomorrow morning we're off on our 'Sound of Music' tour. Looking forward to it.
