Byron Bay to Hervey bay took ten hours. This is were you leave to do fraser island. I got up about 6.30 am, we had a briefing, then we needed to sort out what drink and food we were taking between us all. I sorted the alcohol out which was four crates of beer and eight boxes of goon. The most annoying Canadian girl was in charge of the food. I was not listening to what food she was gettong and found out she had got stuff like pepper and mustard and s*** loads of peanut butter. Felt like f***ing stabbing her seriously im joking.

We loaded the jeeps up and got warned about our speed whist on the sand as two people had died a few weeks before. Fraser was unbelievable and the first day we just drove round and looked at random places. We looked at a creek then we were supposed to be going to see the shipwreck. We could see the shipwreck in the distance and were just about to drive straight to it but alot of moaners said we should drive around like on the itinery so we did. We got completely lost and did not end up making it..we just about made it back to the camp site after 3.5 hours.
We set up camp in the pitch black as it was late by now. Had a good night and were just playing drinking games. I saw a dingo and kept throwing it food but everybody was s***ting thereselves so I stopped. The next day we went to a place called Indian head. You can not swim in the water as its a breeding area for tiger sharks. The views were amazing. Then we went to the champagne pools then the shipwreck. We had such a good group of people.

At night we would go down to the beach and chill, which was a fifteen minute walk. It was pitch black on the beach and you could not see a thing unless you had a torch. Me and another lad left started heading back with a torch. After two minutes we seen one of the lads lost in a bush haha he was lucky we found him.
The next day we went to a place called lake mckenzie which was fresh water lake so you can drink the water. The whole trip was amazing and out of twenty two people there was only one annoying b****.
