We had done alot of sight seeing the last couple of days, so we were glad we where on our way to a beach place. Two hours into our four hour bus trip..lucky yet again... our bus broke down. So I went over the road and bought 6 cans of beer (two each for me, Ned, and Ali) There is always a positive!! We where there about an hour and a half, and the coach still not fixed, we got bored as the beers were drank. So i put my arm out at a random van and it pulled over. There were 10 cambodian people crammed inside and they were going the same way, but the 3 of us would never fit in so they left (would of been funny, but they all looked like they could do with some deodrant and a good wash to be fair) Eventually they got the coach going. I woke myself up a couple of times snoring, and 2 chinese girls where laughing at me ha. I was probably dribbling aswell. There was also a cambodian women sitting sort of next to me, and was changing a nappy which must of been an enormous s*** because it smelt like death..yuk haha.

Eventually we got there at night. A tuk tuk driver said he would take us to get a room for one dollar. The 1st three places were full. The next place he took us to was one dollar a night. It was made of wood had three beds next to each other, no roof, and a big mosquito net, but we didnt mind. When we asked if we could have it, he said only if u eat here aswell. We didnt want to eat there but we said we will give him more money if he wanted, but he refused the tramp. We eventually found a place, put our bags in and went out on the beach for a few drinks.

On the beach of a night there were lots of people doing tricks with sticks covered in flames and selling you fireworks so its quite a good atmosphere. The first bar we went to, i got two beers and asked how much, and he said 1 dollar. A little bit of wee came out with happiness...25p a beer haha. He he said in happy hour it works out 14p a beer...quality!!

We met a random man who asked where we were from. I told him Birkenhead. He said he had been there once, and stayed in the Central Hotel and got punched by a drug dealer haha (random). Also met two men who im pretty sure are gay and one looked the spit of Nickos dad, me and Ali were laughing our heads off. Il put the picture on facebook so you can see for yourself, il try and get a picture of him tonight!! Its full of families and couples so we have not found a sound group of lads so we did not enjoy it too much.

We still done the traditional pub crawl though from one end of the beach to the other. Was really good. Met a few people on the way, but nobody joined in haha. Cant remember what time I got in, but it was a good night. Not as good as the beach, sherlocks and the coolies though ha.

For xmas day we were determined to get a roast dinner but everywhere was asking between 20-25 dollars, so I ended up havin steak and chips so its been quite a s*** xmas day, and because we were both hungover its been silent most of the day, and we both wish we were at home in the cold rather than being on a beach, 30 degrees, with 30p cold beer (never thought I would say that haha) two days later we left for Siem Reap.
