Europe 2011
Leaving Amsterdam we drove through the country side and on into Germany. About a six hour drive brought us to St. Goat, a quiet little town of no more than a few thousand people. Located on the Rhine river, commerce and trade would have been a main industry. Now wine making, beer stines, clocks, and tourism rule. We wondered the streets for a bit, and then took a cruise down the Rhine where the bus met us. We proceeded up the valley side to a town of only a few hundred for dinner. What was supposed to be a quiet night in the Rhine valley turned into a huge party with over 300 shots consumed, ugh. From here an early departure for Switzerland!
