On Ko Phangan island for Christmas. Meeting some friendson the 25th for proper xmas dinner and secret santa, then heading to the full moon party afterwards for some partying! 3 day boat ride through the mekong Delta area. The Mekong is the 3rd longest river in Asia, fact! It spreads throughout southern Vietnam and all the places in the area are floating basically. We went to a floating market which is just what the mane suggests but really interesting too. Some other random things on the tour like Crocodile farms and other boat rides but overall this tour was a lowpoint of the journey so far! We had our worst food, worst accommodation...

Traffic was absolutely mental, big busy city. Went to the war museum and vietcong tunnels ouside the city - very harrowing stuff, 3 million Vietnamese killed and still feeling the effects of the chemicals bombs dropped. I shot some guns, Sally screamed in the tunnels, then we all gor drunk on Saigon beers which cost less than 30p per 500ml bottles. Good times!!!
