3 day boat ride through the mekong Delta area. The Mekong is the 3rd longest river in Asia, fact! It spreads throughout southern Vietnam and all the places in the area are floating basically. We went to a floating market which is just what the mane suggests but really interesting too. Some other random things on the tour like Crocodile farms and other boat rides but overall this tour was a lowpoint of the journey so far! We had our worst food, worst accommodation, worst guides, worst bikes (my pedal fell off 3kms into the middle of nowhere) and it was exceptionally humid so there was some serious perspiration going on (not helped by hangovers from Saigon) Also it was the mosquito capital of Asia the whole place crawled or swarmed in the evening.

The best part was the final boat into Phnom penh, Cambodia - 4 hours of a relaxing on the deck in the sun with the breeze to cool us and local kids on the banks waving whenever we passed.
