I did well last night, didn't sleep until 9pm, wanted to get into a normal routine. Then awake at 4am! I watched the sunrise over the snow covered alps, so still and clear. Not a cloud in sight, no mist hanging around the mountains. It was a nice quiet moment alone just looking at the mountains and the lush greenery, listening the birds chirping and faint cow bells in the distance. I even saw a badger come up the path and go around the back of the house. Apparently it's very rare to see one during the day.
