Hello,
Well i ended up spending another day in Sihanoukville as i was having too much fun i didnt want to leave. I really like the group of people that i am hanging around with, and decided i was too lazy to pack my bag last night. It was a good job as i ended up not getting abck to my hostel until 5.30am, and my bus leaves at 7am, so that wouldnt ahve been fun. I am leaving tomorrow now to go to Ho Chi Minh, it will be at least a 10 hour bus jounrey, so not looking forward to it. I am kind of looking forward to going now, hte place i am staying is pretty goross, and i keep being woken up by cats crawling on my bed. this monring we woke up to find a dead mouse with its guts hanging out on the bed next to us. So had kind of put be off sleeping there. aparently it is not the first dead (and alive) mouse ion the dorm the past couple of days. pretty grim. Yesterday we ended up going to another beach (Victory beach) which was really nice, and alot cleaner than the other beaches here. Today we ended up watching a film (in the air conditioning), and actually that wasa pretty much it! I get my $5 bar tab here everynight, so needless to say i have been drunk quite a lot and going to the beach for beach parties, which go uon until the sun comes up.
A saying that people say all over aisa is 'same same, but different', which is used in all types of converstaion and when you get used to it, makes perfect sense. this is something that we should all adopt at home. will try to get on line at Ho Chi Minh. have no idea what i am going to do there yet or where i am going to stay or go. Hopefully getting over the Vietnamese border will be a lot easier that getitng through the cambodian one!
