Hello,

I hope you all had lovely Easters with lots of eggs, and enjoyed the long weekend and sunny weather.

I am now in Pinar del Rio...well somewhere round there. Cycled 60km today, managed to get burnt through my shirt, but ended up on a beautiful beach, and then in the ocean so that was all worth it.

Another long cycle ride tomorrow...will have to put on more sun cream and more layers...so will probably look like a total sausage on the bike, sweat flying off etc but am refusing to look like a lobster on my return.

Cigars and Rum are coming up on Wednesday, which will be good fun, although interesting on the bike...with all the pot holes, plus cigar and rum I might not be able to go very far...perhaps 1km?
