Nyhavn & the Royal Quarter Tuesday night we caught a taxas (taxi) into Nyhavn & the Royal Quarter which was on my bucket list. The canal is flanked by colourful Dutch style houses built in the 17th century to link the harbour to the city. To Kobenhavn Dänmark Monday morning it was time to say farewell to Lidingo Island, a light mist as we walked to the local bus stop after a hearty breakfast at our quaint little accommodation, the Ariston Hotel.
