Another big adventure today. We gathered with 50 other intrepid explorers for a bus trip to Glendalough and Kilkenny, with a very special treat in the middle at Wicklow. Glendalough is about an hours drive from Dublin and the sight of a monastic city founded by St Kevin in the 6th century. Mostly ruins there now though one intact building - the Priest's house. There is a hill that is in the centre of Edinburgh called Arthur's Seat - a dormant volcano, 254 metres above sea level. And we decided to walk up it today.
