After a quick stop at Walmart for some Pedialyte, grapes, and rice krispie squares, we got on the road again by 10:30am. We will get to Fargo tonight and all get to bed early. Hopefully we will pass something neat to see, to give us a break from driving. Cooper seems to have perked up since we have entered North Dakota and has announced that he misses his dinosaurs and would like some McDonalds for lunch. Almost at Bismarck, where we will make a brief stop for food. Grabbed some lunch from McDonalds (great strawberry banana smoothies there) and got the kids settled in the van with lunch and a movie. We should be in Fargo in approx. two hours, although this is the first day we have not prebooked a hotel room for the night and so we have our fingers crossed that we will be able to secure a room for ourselves. We got the last room at the Kelly Inn. One king sized bed and a pull out couch - at this point we would take anything. James and Brooke are swimming (they have an indoor and an outdoor pool here) and Cooper and I are hanging out. Short day, but felt like such a long day and all of us feel so badly for Cooper. He refuses to have any pedialyte and continues to suffer on day five now from gastroenteritis. The poorest day of our travels in terms of fun and such. Cooper wants to see Charli and Camden, but also wants to go home to see his dinosaurs and his nanny and grandad. One cool thing about today was the Mitosis app (free) I downloaded for fun on my iPod. It has an interactive component in it as well as a spoken tutorial. It is very well done, and where was this when I needed it? And thus we pass the evening with the Disney channel on, Cooper curled up in his new Milk n Cookies pyjamas, and then there is me, myself, and I practicing how to draw Chinese charactars on my new ChineseWriter app :)
