Saturday 6 January 2007 - Sydney Olympic Ground
Spent the day at (or getting to and from) the Sydney Olympic Ground. Didn't live too far away but somehow took 2 buses and a train and 3 hours to get there!
Had a wander around, saw some replays at the dome and up to the observatory platform at the Novetel for a panaramic view of the city. Had enough time for a quick swim at the Olympic pools before we had to make the journey back!
Then it was the trek across Sydney to get over to Coogee for Michelle and Emma's last night out in Sydney! Made it, managed a few drinks, then back into the city. Met up with Sel and Lilly in Side Bar then headed to Scruffy Murphys. Met up with Caroline and Elaine (from the Ritz) and then disappeared upstairs to watch the footie!
