Leave Simon's house and catch bus to city centre to get another bus to Coogee - beach resort 30 mins outside Sydney. Stay at 'the only hostel on the beach' Surfside Paradise - great little place, awesome balcony views of sea, beach, town and sports ground. Check out Coogee - small but really nice. Night out at Coogee Bay Hotel - 4 bars - beer garden.
