26/2/10 - day 79.

woke up feeling sick. i felt pretty rough, was having some odd stomach pains and without going into detail i had to stay within easy reach of a toilet at all times for a few hours. when these issues subsided a little, my stomach was feeling really empty so i went out and risked some tomato soup.

while i was out, my run of chance meetings continued when i saw canadians cole and christina for about the 4th time. after commenting that i didnt look great, i staggered back to the hostel where thankfully i felt no ill effects but still felt really bad. spent the rest of the day in bed.

got up about half 6 feeling a little better, went to a shop where i bought some crackers and water. had a few of these then went straight back to bed. bad day. be warned - travellers diarrhoea - it can strike when you least expect it.
