Thanks for all your messages over the past three months. I can't believe that's how long I've been away already - it feels like only a few days despite all of the things I've done so far. It's great to hear from you all so keep the messages and emails coming.
I just wanted to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and I hope that 2007 is a great year for you all.

Hi Rich,
Well I'm lost for words! I knew you were going to make the most of this once in a lifetime experience......and so you have! I bet Project Eagle is but a distant memory! The photos are amazing - it's like watching 20 episodes of the holiday program back to back! Particularly jealous of you in the wetlands in SA - can't think of anything better than knee deep in mud. In fact I was knee deep in mud myself today - sadly, it was in freezing blighty, on my newly aquired allotment which has been left fallow for 2 years - a new labour of love for me!
Must congratulate you on your MBA (distinction - no surprise there then!) - what a star! Don't spend too much time thinking about what you're going to do with it - there'll be plenty of time for that later. Just keep having fun and keep posting the pics for the rest of us to enjoy from our armchairs in front of the fire!
Take care, Clare

Hey Rich, great pictures and even greater comments. You were cracking me up with the comments about Nepal trekking, exactly how I felt. Hope to see you in Cambodia. Be safe.

Dear Rich, hope you are ok and you are well, no dodgy thai curries i hope. Looked at your pics of Thailand and thought they are amazing. It's almost like been on the trip with you, apart from it's not costing me anything. Hope you enjoyed your time in Goa with your mum and dad, liked the pic of your dad in his shorts so will have to rib him about them. Will leave another message soon so keep on moving and don't play with too many ladyboys in Bangkok, all the best for now, and message you soon

Rich,
firstly - congratulations on the distinction, shows all that hard work really paid off - well done! Looks as though the trip is progressing well? Maria and I are just back from the States - a week taking in the sights and sounds of DC and NYC. Managed to get into the West Wing of the White House (saw the Oval Office!) which was a pretty interesting experience. NYC as crazy as ever! This week has definitly been a case of post holiday blues! Anyway, keep the updates coming so that we can all keep managing our envy as we enter the festive season!
All the best, Matt & Maria.

Richard, what a great pictures of the sunsets in Goa!!!! Wow, they are really beautiful! I think I have to come back to India now just to see those myself. I am sure you will also enjoy the ones in Thailand. Remember, if you go to Ko Phi Phi island to go on the top of the hill for either sunset or sunrise, you will have a stunning view from there. Keep on having a good time. Besos and take care
Dave
Love the Goan pictures. Looking forward to the Thai ones. Hope your visa applications go smoothly.
