I LOVE your pictures from Peru...the Inca trail, the citadel, the landscape and the shipp in the motorcycle!!! I was laughing my heart off with that photo! What an amazing way to end your journey around the world. I am very happy for you and I am very proud of what you have done. I hope you have a good trip back home. Although you are ready to settle back in England, do not forget that we have a pending trip together. It won't be for this year, but be ready for 2008!

Hi Rich,
What's up out there in the world? Do you recognize me? We met us in Ashanti Lodge in Cape Town last september! It was the beginning of you world tour and of my 6 month voluntary work in Cape Town. Yeah, I miss a little bit Souh Africa. I spent such a great time there. But well, I returned in april back to Germany, unfortunately. But now I'm already back in the great big world-I'm in Quito, Ecuador for 6 weeks (until the 19th of august) to learn spanish, to enjoy the andens, the coast, the dschungel.....
I've read you've been to the Everest base camp. Well, to be honest, I'm jealous but also proud of you you`ve done it! I`m just gonna do here a Cotopaxi tour (5897m) and maybe a Chimborazo tour, but I`m not shure yet.
So for the case you also visit Ecuador until the 19th of august-let it me know and we can meet us again!
Hope to hear from you, keep in touch!

Rich, great video - proof if ever you needed it that man was always destined to fly...! So then, the adventure continues - the University of Life JC refers to is certainly working you hard - looking forward to catching up with you on your return. Off to Stockholm on Friday to meet Maria for the weekend - I'm looking forward to seeing some sunshine! Right, all the best - stay safe in S. America - enjoy!

Hi Richard - its Sandy and Edith here, we are at your Mum and Dads and its the night before your lovely Grandad's funeral. We haven't seen you all for such a long time but we have been looking at your wonderful photographs, they are amazing - and so are you ! (How do you expect your poor Mother to sleep at night when she sees you jumping off towers and nigh on impaling yourself on railings ??!!!) What a fantastic life experience, we do so admire what you are doing. It will be a very sad day tomorrow - Edith is particularly upset of course, losing her "little" brother. We went to see Bill this afternoon, kissed him goodbye and said a prayer. He looked so peaceful. We have enjoyed a wonderful meal cooked by your Mum and now are off to stay at the Premier Inn - we will catch up with you soon hopefully Richard, but in the meantime, wish you a safe and wonderful journey until you return at the end of August. God bless, love from Sandy, Edith and Alan x x x
