We've had a look at all your pictures and your Aunty Jean was terrified of the snake experience.
Hope this message finds you well. We are looking forward to seeing more pictures.
Since tommorrow is your birthday this is a happy birthday message from

Those photos of Australia are amazing although I would have definitely avoided the snake experience. Are you nuts? Anyway, I love all the photos! Thanks for sharing. What a journey you have had! Keep on sending more pictures :) Besos and take care, Dani

Glad to see you're back in the land of the living. Thought you might have eloped!
Look forward to seeing your new pics.

Hi all. Sorry for the lack of updates for a while - although I enjoyed it there wasn't much to say about Singapore and I've been in the Australian Outback for two weeks. Photo Albums and Blog now updated.
Thanks to the person who left the nice Valentine's message. I thought it might be a joke from my mum but she already sent me a card! Maybe you'd like to leave your email address next time........
Long Time Admirer
Happy valantine's day, with all my love.
we'll catch up soon
Myrra
Hahaha... Yes, of course I would be happy to help you out James. Unfortunately Richard happened to get away with all the pictures I had prepared (don't ask me how he did it), so I suppose it's back to asking him ;)
I hope you enjoy/-ed your time in Singapore Richard, despite fully booked guesthouses and all. It's always interesting coming to a new city. Exploring. Here in KL it's pretty much the same, and I'm starting to long for Taman Negara (which I decided to go to after KL). Yesterday I was invited with the locals to a big bithday party. I think you would've loved it! There were three wonderful buffe's with perfectly cooked indian food (Mmm..) And since it was the boss of the hotel's birthday, he invited some of us who had been staying here a little longer over.
When I haven't been out seeing the city (trying to find offices in impossible adresses - false ones, old ones and just non-existing ones- to figure out my return flight-tickets) or enjoying the great diversity of cultures, I've been trapped inside one of the gigantic mall's, adding to my secret little collection.
The skybridge was amazing by the way, it was a strange feeling being so high up, having nothing but air beneath you. On the other hand, as predicted, you saw less from there than from the communication tower (in the Petronas you were spared the not too nice feeling with having your ears blocked though ;)
Is it tomorrow you are leaving for Darwin? I just met some european guys here in the internetcafe' that are leaving for Darwin from Singapore tomorrow. I told them about you going too, so don't be scared if someone's shouting your name, trying to get your attention in the airplane tomorrow!
Take care!
Yours,
Myrra

Sorry James - no bikini shots. However, Myrra said she'd be happy to send some through, assuming Alana doesn't mind?

Rich,
just when I thought your updates couldn't get any more spectacular - they did! Thailand certainly looks like a magical place? Been back from Ski 2007 for a week - doesn't take long for work to shatter all memories of the crisp mountain air - 3 valleys is excellent - one for the ski 2008 radar perhaps? Not a lot else to report from here really. Keep the updates coming as I look forward to hearing the next report from your globe trotting adventures!
Take it easy, Matt
James And Alana
Hi Richard,
Another great set of photos as usual. There seems to the added to the scenery a lovely young lady appearing in many of the photos this week. Well????? We need more details about her!!!
James and Alana
PS Any bikini shots?

Hi Rich,
I am glad to see that you are ok and having fun in paradise! Did you get your Padi certification? Thailand is my favorite country in the world and after traveling to some islands in the caribbean and although I am from a South American country with a long coast, I have to admit that the beaches in southern thailand are the most beautiful that I have seen. Your pictures are stunning and I wish that I could be exploring the world just as you are doing now. Keep on having fun and updating your pictures. Did you go to the top of the hill in Ko Phi Phi for the sunset or sunrise? By the way, I was shocked to see Ko Phi Phi after the tsunami. It was very different by the time I was there in 2001. Please keep me posted with your adventures. Every I look at your photos, it brings so many memories back and it makes me feel that I am traveling. Take care! Besos, Dani

Hi all. Hope you had a great Christmas and New Year. Thanks to all of you that have been very complimentary about my photographic ability. The truth is, with a half decent camera and the kind of views I have right now any muppet can take some stunning pictures. Anyway, I've updated my travels through Southern Thailand so take a look when you get chance.
