Hello Folks Sorry its been so long! I just dont get the chance to sit at a computer here. Ive been in Mission Beach nearly a month now! Crazy! I have been lucky enough to be working for two lovely guys (Andy & Craig) who run 'Calypso Dive'. Here I am a Hostess which means I set out lunch and tidy up, plus I also do many other odd jobs, give out wet suits, clean up sick etc! But I also get to Dive the Great Barrier Reef most days. Especially as I have now completed my PADI Open Water Diving Licence - whooppeeeeee! Its addictive! (I hope you like the photos) We've only been going out around 4 times a week so in between working I've been up to Cairns with Craig a couple of times, a few days lazing on the beach, a walk in the now cyclone damaged rainforest, nights out, parties on the beach, 3 days doing my PADI training, plus other bits I'm sure i've forgotten already! boy time flys! When last in Cairns we went to a 'Reef Teach' which is run by this crazy Irish guy, but it was really interesting so I recomend it to everyone who plans on visiting the reef! I have now got my self set up to work in Oz. I have applied for a tax no. got a bank account, and a mobile! Now I just need to be paid! Will try and not be so slack in future and will update missing parts of blog at some point I promise! Love RHIAN xxx
