So got to Pai yesterday after a 3 and a half hour journey which was just hairpin bend after hairpin bend! Checked into some accommodation but had yet another night with zero sleep, it was a wooden hut bungalow so i just kept hearing noises. Alice was fast asleep but at 3am i woke her because i heard rustling in our room from near our backpacks. Absolutely bricking it coz it sounded massive whatever it was! After ages we finally snuck out of the door with a broom. turns out it was a mouse which is still pretty mingin but anyway, we had to keep the bathroom door closed by bending a hanger in some strange almost impossible way to keep the mouse out. Moved accomodation this morning, so fingers crossed for tonight. Just met some more people having breakfast. Went out for dinner last night with our bus crew! Went for dinner and then drinks at this reggae bar with the most laid back rasta barman ever, with an angry poodle as his pet. God knows what will happen tonight, our aussie mates are supposed to arrive today so we'll see!
