We used the rainy day in Te Anau to refill the various tanks, the fridge and our bellies before driving out to Milford Sound. The road itself is worth a trip and after a night in Milford Sound we got rewarded with a beautiful day for our Cruise. Taking our time on the way back to Te Anau we enjoyed various walks in forests and beside lakes along the way as well as in Te Anau.
