We had heard about a really good aviation museum at Coloundra so decided we we head there in the morning to check it out. Arriving Charlie was very excited. From Cooroy we headed south to a small town called called Beerwah which is home to Australia Zoo. Australia Zoo was opened by Bob and Lyn Irwin on 3 June 1970 under the name Beerwah Reptile and Fauna Park. We were up early to get down to the boat ramp at Tin Can Bay by 7:00am. To our surprise there were not too many people there. There were no dolphins in yet but we were told they had been coming in at around 8:00am. However a short time later a Southern Right Wale Dolphin and her 8 month old calf arrived. After our great morning we headed south to a little fishing town called Tin Can Bay. We checked into a Top Tourist caravan park. The plan now is to have a relaxing afternoon. In the morning we have to be up early again. This time we are heading just down to the Tin Can Boat ramp to feed dolphins.
