So, I may have just forgotten the best entry ever in the blog for the last place we were. The fact of the matter is I haven't even uploaded it as I type this, but I feel like it deserves a separate mention to everywhere so I will give it a unique entry
The last attraction of the Bunbury area that I just happened upon while looking through the visitor guide was a little place about 15km outside of town and in the rough direction of where we were heading. I tried not let Regina find out what it was to make it more exciting, like I am trying to do now typing this, but it didn't work and neither is this
The place is called Gnomesville. It is beside a roadside carpark and there is a forested area that has thousands of gnomes all around it. I thought it would be a little town type thing, but it is more of a "donate a gnome to the side of the road" type of thing. The gnomes come from different people who have passed through, somehow curiously with gnomes in their possession for just such a place. There were gnomes from all over the world, even Irish ones, all with little messages about where they came from or a little gnome joke like "there is no place like gnome". We walked around between them mesmerized by the masses of them, there are genuinely thousands of them, in every direction!!!!
Not much else to say really, the photos will give them more credit I guess, I wont put up pictures of all of them though……
