First day at sea.

What a long day!!!! Our brekky down in the restaurant was included in the tariff which was nice, and when we awoke we could see the QE arriving at her berth. They were the only 2 good things about our room, oh, and that we had a 12 noon checkout. We just packed and waited and waited and waited....... Another leisurely breakfast before packing all of our belongings and checking out, then off to Paddington Station - a leisurely five minute walk away. We boarded the Plymouth train, then changed at Reading for the train to Southampton Central. The trains are sooooo good!! Expensive but wonderful. This morning we had a leisurely breakfast, then caught the train 1 station to Warwick Avenue (which we'd discovered just the other night), where we walked down to Little Venice. In this large pond area we found the canal longboat for "Jason's Trip" down to the Camden Locks.
