Well here we are back in Koh Lanta. I do love this island. I am sure there are more Rastas here than in the whole of Jamaica, and maybe even more of the ole Rastafarian Old Holbourn. In a particular pub you can even order a ready rolled bifter off the menu. Mongs, great name for a bar that sells weed, and magic mushrooms, and yes that is the owners real name. The place really is something else, more a shrine to Hendrix, than a normal boozer. I could happily spend my Sundays preaching the rock and roll doctrine in the church of Jimi.
We went to see our most favourite Thai reggae superstar last night, the legendary Job 2 Do. If you have been to South East Asia in the last few years, you will have heard a particular track of his at least ten times a day. Do, do, do, da, da, dum. f***ing TUNE!. Anyway, it was a great gig. Got fairly hammered before hand, then sank a happy shake when we got there. Off my t*** in the middle of a jungle, boggling away to Thai reggae. What an experience.
Off to mad f*** city Bangkok tomorrow, then home to Blighty for Christmas. See you soon my British brothers and sisters.
