Now spent nearly a week in byron bay, still enjoying it! We´ve decided to try and find some work and stay for a month, more or less. We all tried a bit of surfing yesterday after terry who owns cool cats surfing club talked us into it after the 4th time, and lowering the price from $49 to $35 for 4 hours, which is really cheap. Getting up at 8 was tough though. We headed down to the beach for 9 15, the waves were small, and conditions were perfect apparently......

Bonza! Here we are in famous Byron Bay! Been here now for two days...its a really nice place....the most 'CHILLED' out place ive seen, if you know what i mean! The weather has been really good so we've been to the beach both days; good chance to get the tan back. Just got back from the blue mountains! Was really good. Very tired now though so wont be long. The foot is healing well, so it didnt bother me today. Still on the pills though. We walked a long way, but the views were well worth it. Saw a forest fire too. The heights were horrible, but i survived! Seeing another side to oz is cool, makes me want to travel around a lot more. Cant wait for Melbourne tomorrow!! :) Tara for now! x
