Today was a quiet day. We had breakfast delivered to the room, which was had out on the balcony, with fabulous view although a little chilly. We then ventured down to the beach below the accommodation, where the surf was pounding the stony beach. A walk along the a path below the cliffs had us in the township. The rest of the day was spent exploring Positano and its shops, and making arrangements to get to Sorrento tomorrow. Later in the afternoon the rain and chilly weather arrived so we hunkered down and rested in the B&B room. R went and sourced dinner from a friendly restaurant that supplied takeaways. They took pity on him for being cold and wet, and plied him with mulled red wine. Dinner of pizza, wine and desert was had back in the room. A cheap day today, and a lazy one, albeit we still did 14000 steps and lots of climbing today.
