Thursday 2nd - was another rest day. For me anyway. Poor Rob had an upset stomach and stayed in bed all day. I amused myself by swimming, reading, and relaxing by the pool. Then fitted in some more shopping.

Friday 3rd - woke to rain today. Thankfully Rob had recovered. During breakfast we watched a storm come up over the sea and the rain was quite heavy. When it settled a little I headed out for another massage, this time I chose a more relaxing oil one, much better.
Rob wasn't keen to go anywhere so what better thing to do but ... go shopping, but I did get caught in a couple of down pores. We have been lucky with the weather for our trip.

Saturday 4th - up early again today at 5.30 for transfer to the airport to fly back to bangkok for our one night stop over. After a long wait to get into the room we rested up before heading out for tea. We come across a food hall under a shopping centre and had a meal for 130 baht ($4.30) each. We wondered back up to the shops to find them all closing, which we thought unusual as they are normally open until late, only to get onto the street to be confronted with crowds and markets setting up. Rob found a couple of casual shirts before we headed back to the hotel.

A really early start tomorrow, 5am pickup for transfer to the airport to head home after a great couple of weeks in Thailand.
