Today was pretty much a right off as all 4 of us were dying of a hangover so we headed out for some brunch and watched a film back in the apartment. Later on that night when we were slightly more with it, we headed to Si and Nic's friends place across town to grab some food and have a few more drinks. I ate an awesome curry! The food in Malaysia has been one of the best. It's a mixture between Thai/Chinese and Indian so delicious!!

At lunch time we got on a coach and headed to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia. This coach was ridiculous! The seats were like armchairs, they reclined and had foot rests. Such a huge improvement to the previous coach trips where we usually started the journey with "it can't be worse than Laos". This was going to be a fun trip! We got picked up from the hostel at 8am ready for 12 hours of travelling. It was going to be a long day. We drove for 3 hours to Trang and then had to change minibuses to travel another 2 1/2 hours to Hat Yai. We've learned that the easiest way to travel through a country is just to go along with where the drivers direct you to get another minibus.
