After very little sleep we got up at 7.00am and checked out. We decided that the polite approach would be best to avoid any more trouble and apologised to the owner for the disruption. She clearly wasn't happy with us but thankfully pursued it no further. We walked for a little while as we now needed somewhere else to stay for tonight and decided to pay a little extra and stay in a hotel.

We had the cooking course this afternoon, which was great fun. There was just us and another couple between two teaches and we were taught four dishes each, Spring rolls, Chicken green curry, Pad Thai, and Beef salad between us. It was loads of fun, made some good food, really learnt a lot, and was completely stuffed by the finish. Just hope we remember what we learnt come March when we arrive home!
