What a fantastic day today was... I Woke up early at 4am (as last night I was so wrecked to even get dinner and ended up crashing at 7pm), I got up and put on my runners and went for a big run all over patong... Up and down the beach, up the big hills and around to tritrang beach and back home. Got to see the beautiful sunrise and all the drunkards still pissed on the Beach.. Oh and a cute group of Thai kids dressed in karate outfits doing some yoga/fitness routine :)

Following my shower i caught a motorbike taxi back to tritrang beach aka mr tonks beach to grab some breaky and have a lazy day on the beach! Scrambled eggs for breaky--> swim--> read/sunbake --> escape rain---> coffee---> sunbake/read---> swim--->oil massage---> som tum (papaya salad) ---> chats with 2 'gay' italian men--> home!

My doctor ordered me to take it easy and that's exactly what ive been doing! And ive decided I'm pretty good aT it too !!

So I've just had a shower and organised my taxi to khao lak for Wednesday where I get to meet the dive crew and settle in!! So damn excited!

I mentioned the gay Italians earlier because Im heading out for italian with them tonight.. I sure hope my gaydar is not jetlagged or broken or I'm screwed!!!! Ha! Ha but I must admit it's been pretty broken the last year!!!!! :) I'll let u know how it goes.

Made friends with the staff at mr tonks bar.. They were amazing. Gave me a free lift back to patong! Oh and the massage lady was an oldy but she damn sure knew her stuff! Best massage yet! I will b back!

So things only Siobhan and rikki will care about:

- mr tonks is gone!! The police took him to the gibbon sanctuary 3 months ago

- there is still many fat Germans/Russians at mr tonks beach

- my Thai is coming back slowly.. Except when I said u tee ni ka (where r u) instead on kit tung noi ka ( can i please have the bill) haha!

- oasis is still there! But it wasn't open early enough this morning

- crown hostel is exactly the same!!!

- aoy still works in the office at wicked! Can't wait to see her!

- banana fruit shakes are exactly how I remember them.

- so many Russians

- sooo many aussie schoolies

So today was just what I needed! Relaxation! But a few beers are in Order tonight..
