Today arrived in khao lak to begin my 6 weeks of professional dive training! Khao lak is such a beautiful place.. It's kinda like the Byron bay of thailand. It's relaxed, beachy, green, small, and everyone here has one thing in common; DIVING! A few hrs off the coast of khao lak is one of the Worlds top ten dive sites in the world; the SIMILIAN ISLANDS!!! Last time I was in Thailand I did a live-a-board here with Siobhan and had the most amazing time! Best divin...

What a fantastic day today was... I Woke up early at 4am (as last night I was so wrecked to even get dinner and ended up crashing at 7pm), I got up and put on my runners and went for a big run all over patong... Up and down the beach, up the big hills and around to tritrang beach and back home. Got to see the beautiful sunrise and all the drunkards still pissed on the Beach.. Oh and a cute group of Thai kids dressed in karate outfits doing some yoga/fitness routi...
