We left Darlene's yesterday and headed for Santa Fe where we stayed in a KOA there. The next morning we visited old Santa Fe.

From a great distance, this rock looks like a ship's sails (Hence the name Shiprock). The town was named Shoprock because it was located near this rock. When we can see it in the distance, we know we are getting close to where Darlene lives.

We stayed at a KOA in Tucumcari last night. We stayed there before but had forgotten. The lady who checked us in said she was putting us in the same spot we had the last time. Nice people.
