Breakfast at Paul's this morning then headed off.
Detoured into Weeroona Island for a look, Rose fell in love with a place on the water. I don't think that's quite us.
Lunched and had a look around Port Augusta, bought a couple crab nets. It was interesting to look around after spending a week on the water there a couple of years ago.
Then called into Iron Knob, the town is almost dead. Visited the Information Centre, was very interesting, watched a video on the history of the mining. One man would load 70 tons of ore a day by shovel, don't know what's wrong with our hopper fillers. Rose bought a Hematite and Pearl necklace.
Camped at a spot in Kimba tonight, a campsite put on by the local council, it's fantastic. We cooked a meal on their BBQ for dinner, all free of charge. Then went for a 5km bush walk. Highly recommend.
