As I said yesterday we were on an overnight coach from Singapore to Thailand, simple, yes, unless you're travelling with one liability Le Page... As per I breeze through customs and Jed gets stopped as he doesn't have the other half of immigration card received when we landed, so he has to get security escorted to the coach so he can frantically look through his bag before finding said card and actually be let through... Anyway that fiasco is over we have a long ride to the border as we're travelling straight through Malaysia as we want to hit Thailand!
We arrive in Hat Yai around 11am and then make a new booking to get to Phuket, we're informed this will take 7 hours on a mini bus style coach, we wince abit but then accept as its cheap!!
We then kill a bit of time in a near by mall and when 2:00 hits we're on our way to the coach station via tuk-tuk, an experience you have to live to truly know what fear feels like!
We hop on our coach and 7hours later we're in Phuket, we've checked into a hostel called Ananas, it's pretty cool and only about £5 a night! Bargain, need to catch some z's now as roughly 26 hours of coaches have taken their toll, night all!
