Jamie's annoying but at the same time adorable cat decided to knock a potted plant off the window ledge at about 6:30am which woke me up quite unpleasantly... I looked at the time and saw it was 6:30 and came to the realisation that Jamie had gone for his flight so my first point of call was to now claim his bed! I jump straight in that bad boy and went back to sleep until mid morning. After waking up and getting a light feed I messages to Jed to meet at the Rockefeller Centre at 2:00 as this gave me enough time to go to the top of the rock and come back down, or so I thought.. After getting my train there it was a 45 minute wait till I could go up, mare. In waiting I popped to AT&T to get a SIM card for the next few days and told Jed to do the same, I the headed up to the top of the rock and had some breathtaking views, you could see for miles in each direction and the view of Central Park was insane! Took some awesome snaps and then headed back down to meet Jed around 3pm where we swiftly grabbed lunch and headed then headed to Central Park for a quick tan top up. We chilled in the park until 5ish and then I wanted to head to the Thierry Henry signing and give away to try and get Danny a shirt, unfortunately the queue was about 2 hours long and as I got there some guys were saying it had Ben cancelled, what a mare. It was getting late by this point so Jed and I headed back to Brooklyn and got some munch on the way back to the apartment, we ate dinner on the roof and then chilled in the lounge a bit, Blaze came back and was super sun burned, lady in red. Jed shot back to his hostel eventually and then I hit the hay as walking around in the heat all day had drained me, NYC is pretty incredible so far!
